How we come up with our lawn maintenance prices
Measurement of lot
At Franklin Lawn and Landscaping Landscaping we use the measurement of the square footage of your lot to determine the price per cut along with a few other variables including
- Frequency(monthly or yearly)
- Proximity to our shop
- Fenced in yards and their gate size(we typically don’t take on yards that would require push mowing a fenced in back yard)
Yearly lawn maintenance is going to have a lower price per cut than monthly. We do not do one time mowing jobs…maintenance only. We do however offer clean up services that are customizable along with a wide range of landscaping services, including leaf cleanup, pine needle installation, general cleanup, bush trimming and removal. For landscaping service estimates, yearly lawn maintenance and large jobs we will physically come out to your property and talk to you about what you want done but will already have an idea based on the estimate request. For monthly lawn maintenance estimate requests we will review your requests and be giving you a call to get a little more information before we either email the estimate or send the estimate in a link in a text(whichever you prefer)we don't need to physically come to your property thanks to the technology we use. We make getting estimates as easy a possible. We will respond to ALL estimate requests but do reserve the right to choose which properties we will be giving estimates based on the type of property and the type of work desired. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for responses to your estimates. We believe in providing good customer service and want all off our potential customers to have a good experience with our business!

At Franklin Lawn and Landscaping, we use a piece of software called yard book to give all lawn maintenance and lawn service estimates and invoices. Yard book revolutionized the landscaping business making everything much more convenient for both the business owner and the customer. When you submit an estimate request it adds all your contact info to our customer database so if you approve the estimate we can get to work promptly as well as generate an invoice directly from the estimate. We keep things simple for both your convienence and ours.
